Information we process

• Your chosen nickname and illustrated avatar.
• Room membership, readiness, game actions, scores, play-chip balances, and results.
• A random session credential stored on your device; only a one-way hash is stored by the service.
• Short-lived one-way session-lineage hashes, kept for no more than 24 hours, so a room block can follow replacement credentials the service issued to the same device.
• One-way hashed network identifiers used briefly to limit room creation, joining, and abuse reports.
• Player safety reports you intentionally submit, including the selected reason and optional details.
• Privacy-limited operational events such as a rejected action or reconnect count. These records exclude nicknames, room state, secret cards or dice, session material, and raw network identifiers.

What we do not collect

We do not provide purchases, wallets, prizes, cash-out, advertising, cross-app tracking, precise location, contacts, health data, or profile-photo uploads. Pocket Table does not sell personal information.

Retention

Party rooms close after two hours without an accepted action and always within 24 hours. Expired rooms and their seats are deleted. Rate-limit buckets are short-lived. Player safety reports are retained for up to 30 days for review, then deleted.

Your choices

You can use a non-identifying nickname, leave a table, ask the host to remove a seat, or report a player from the Table menu. Removing local website or app storage clears device preferences and the adult-age acknowledgement; it may also prevent restoration of an active seat.

Service providers and contact

The multiplayer service uses infrastructure disclosed in the final App Store privacy package. Publisher contact details will be added before public submission. Until then, use the in-product report flow for table-safety concerns.
